Create a contacts group or distribution list in the contacts manager.

To create a contacts group:

  1. From the global top navigation, click Contacts.
  2. Click the  icon to launch the Add Contacts Group modal.
  3. Create a Group name.
  4. Set the Group Type to Public or Private access.
  5. Optionally, give the group a description.
  6. Click Add Group.

TIP: Contacts groups can also be used as distribution lists when sending presentations.

Note: Private groups are only accessible by the creator. Public groups are accessible by users with Contacts permission. Learn how to set custom permission levels.

Note: If you do not see Contacts in the global top navigation, contact your account administrator for access.
