Reports Overview
Reports Overview gives administrators a bird's-eye view and insight into the effectiveness of sales team's reel performance.

To view Reports Overview:

  1. From the top navigation, mouse over Reels and select Reel Reports.
  2. By default, the Reel Overview screen displays the combined average statistics of all senders who have sent reel presentations.
  3. Switch between users by selecting a user from the All Users drop down menu to enable administrators to determine why some users are out performing others.
  4. View a date range by selecting a from and to date.

Example: One user may have an average presentation view time of 1:30, while another user may only have an average view time 0:30. The user with the higher view time might only include six spots per presentation, while the lower average includes ten. By comparing data points, teams can create more effective reel presentations.

Note: Only users with Administration access can run reports on all users. Users with lower permission levels can only run reports on themselves.
