Import Media from Media Library

  1. From the Media Library, click and highlight the spot(s) you want to import. For multiple files, hold down the shift key and click. This will reveal an Actions Menu at the top of the page.
  2. Click Send to Project from the top Actions menu.
  3. Select the Project and Folder you would like to copy to, then click Share Files.


Import Media from an Existing Project

  1. From within the Project Dashboard, click and highlight the spot(s) you want to import. For multiple files, hold down the shift key and click.
  2. Select Projects from the Send To drop down menu.
  3. Choose the Project and Folder you would like to copy to, then click Share Files.

Note: Importing media from either the Media Library or another Project will create a duplicate copy of the media. Any edits made to the file or its metadata will not affect the original source.
